  CHOCOLATE BROWNIES  

- Makes 20


150g butter

1 cup Baking Cocoa

4 eggs

2 cups sugar

1 tsp vanilla essence

3/4 cup plain flour

1 tsp baking powder


* Preheat oven to 160ºc Line base of a 27cm x 18cm x 3cm tin with baking paper.

* Melt butter and stir in Baking Cocoa, allow to cool slightly. Beat in eggs. Stir in sugar and vanilla.

* Sift flour and baking powder together. Add to mixture and stir until thoroughly mixed. Turn mixture into tin.

* Bake in preheated oven for 45-40 minutes or until just firm when pressed in the centre. Leave in tin for 20 minutes then turn out onto a rack.When cold, cut into bars.


  Fondant au Chocolat  

- for 4 person


150g cooking chocolate

3 eggs

butter

one soup spoon of flour

80g sugar


* In one bowl, put the chocolate and butter in the microwave

* In one other bowl, mix the eggs, flour and sugar

* When chocolate is melt, put in the bowl of mix

* Spread butter in a plate and put mix

* 250ºc 15-30mins
