4 CUPS SELF-RAISING FLOUR OR NORMAL FLOUR + 5 TSP BAKING POWDER
300ML CREAM
SPRITE AROUND 240ML
PRE-HEAT OVEN TO 200ºC
PUT ALL INGREDIENTS INTO A LARGE BOWL
PLACE THE DOUGH ON A FLOURED BOARD AND SPREAD OUT TO 2-3 CM THICK(USING YOUR FINGERTIPS)
CUT INTO SQUARES AND PLACE ON A BAKING SHEET
BAKE 10-15 MINUTES OR UNTIL GOLDEN BROWN
OPTIONAL
1 CUP CHOPPED DATES + 1/4 TSP CINNAMON
OR
1 CUP GRATED CHEESE
